A cultural map focused on Lingayen. Lingayen is a first-class Municipality of the province Pangasinan, Philippines. It is also the capital of the province and its name is derived from “lingawen” meaning “to look back” because of natives constantly looking back at a memorable and big tamarind tree growing in their past town plaza.
